Celebrate Halloween with your pets at HOWLERWEEN: The Ultimate Halloween Event for Pets & Their Hoomans, happening Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Esplanade Park in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

HOWLERWEEN is a family-friendly South Florida pet Halloween festival where all kinds of pets are welcome. Bring your dog, cat, bird, rabbit, reptile or other pet and join fellow animal lovers for an afternoon of costumes, entertainment and Halloween fun.

The festival will feature pet costume competitions, local vendors and small businesses, prizes and giveaways, food trucks and sweet treats, Halloween photo opportunities, music, entertainment and family-friendly activities.

Planning to enter the costume competition? Each participating pet must be registered separately. Humans do not need a ticket unless purchasing a VIP package.
