Tigertail Lake South Dog Park

Performance Pups Freshwater Dog Beach is home to the cleanest freshwater dog lake in Broward County!
This fenced-in area allows dogs to swim and play off-leash.

Please note: swimming by humans is not allowed at the park.

You can walk and wade in the water but the city ordinance forbids swimming for us two-leggers.

Fees: 

Doggy Beach: $5.00 per dog
Dock Use: $7.00 per dog.
CASH ONLY.

The park is also available for private rental.

PJ First Impressions: The lake is very clean and clear as we could see the fish swimming in it. There is plenty of green space for the dogs to run as well as water to swim. There is a pavilion to take shelter from the sun and also a cleanup station.  The jumping dock seems to be a lot of fun for the dogs though only a couple of people were utilizing it. It's clear the dogs really love swimming in this lake and were having a fantastic time with and without their owners. All in all, if you're looking for a local swimming hole for your dogs, this is a great place to take them. The downside is you have pay and though this doggy lake is quite easy to find, finding parking is another story. There didn't seem to be a ton of people there but there was only one parking spot open, once we slipped into that spot there were no more parking spaces to be had.
